Pflugerville FC is a Non-Profit

Pflugerville FC is a 501(c) (3) Non Profit Organization committed to providing valuable experiences to young athletes. There are many ways to get involved in Pflugerville FC according to your interests and time available. However you choose to contribute, your time will be well spent creating opportunities for the next generation of soccer players to develop their talents, have fun, and stay healthy.

TWO WAYS TO VOLUNTEER

SEASON-LONG COMMITMENTS

These volunteer positions last for 6 months - 1 year minimum and each of them comes with some kind of benefit including discounts on registration.

BE A VOLUNTEER RECREATIONAL COACH

Coaching opportunities are available at most age groups and no prior experience is necessary. Pflugerville FC even provides clinics led by our professional coaching staff to help our volunteer coaches get ready for the season! You do not have to have a player on the team in order to coach. For further inquiry, contact us at info@pfcsoccer.org.

BECOME A PFC TEAM MANAGER

Pflugerville FC’s Select and Academy teams need Team Managers! This role includes passing along important information to parents, adding games to the calendar, assisting the coach with setting up team meetings or get-togethers, and managing a snack schedule for the little ones. For older teams, you are also responsible for entering in game scores and submitting game cards. If you are interested, please speak with your team’s head coach!

JOIN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Pflugerville FC is run by a Board of Directors made up of both elected and appointed positions. Time commitments vary, but if you're serious about youth soccer, serving on the board could be an excellent opportunity. Nominate yourself here!

3-HOUR PARENT VOLUNTEER SHIFTS

If you have a player in one of our competitive programs including both Select and the Academy Programs, we require a representative for each player to volunteer one 3-hour shift at some point throughout the season. There are multiple different opportunities to accomplish this requirement, and it can be completed by a parent, grandparent, older sibling, or a family friend. Finding 3 hours each year to give back to the club is an easy way to make sure that all of our programs and events are a success.

If you do not want to volunteer 3 hours of your time to the club, you have the option of paying the Volunteer Buyout Fee which absolves you of that requirement.

If you have any questions, or if you have a different great idea about how you can serve the club, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator.

** Serving in a season-long role above that comes with other benefits does not satisfy this requirement.
