League Format & Travel

ECNL-RL STXCL (U13-U19)

This league is the highest possible team-based competition available. This bracket will consist of 12-16 teams from both the East and West with ECNL-RL playoff opportunities. These teams are playing to avoid relegation into Tier 1.

National 1 League (U13-U19)

New in Fall 2026! This league is a unified platform for both US Club Soccer and US Youth Soccer which integrates into the ECNL platform. This league is divided into 8 conferences, with 4 divisions each. Pflugerville FC geographically falls into Division 3 of the South Conference which is operated by STXCL.

• Tier 1 will be a combined year-long bracket of teams from the East and West. This means that teams can expect to travel as far as the Houston area for games. These teams are playing for National 1 League playoffs and promotion into ECNL-RL STXCL; and to avoid relegation back into Tier 2.

• Tier 2 will be divided into an East and West to keep travel similar to that of the STXCL WC. These teams will be playing for promotion into Tier 1, and to avoid relegation back into the STXCL WC.
